Tier 1 started with a simple passion: creating the perfect lawn. What began as a personal project to transform a struggling yard into a lush, green oasis quickly evolved into something much bigger.
We spent countless weekends researching proper techniques, experimenting with different methods, and learning from both successes and failures. Friends and neighbors started to notice the transformation and began asking for advice.

"Tier 1 Landscaping absolutely crushed it today. They showed up bright and early and laid 4 tons of sand on my lawn leveling project. The masonry sand they used was absolutely PURE. No junk, no rocks, no debris. Exactly what you want for a clean level. They also tackled my father-in-law’s massive lawn the same day with 10 tons of rich mix and made that look just as good. Before any material went down, they aerated both lawns, which made the whole process even better. They cleaned up everything afterward and left both properties looking great. Scheduling was easy, communication was solid, and Dustin & Garrison were great to work with. Punctual, great pricing, and honestly just a superior experience from start to finish. They knocked out just under 3,000 sq ft on my lawn in a couple hours and left it smooth as glass. These guys clearly know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.
